Who We Are
SportsNet is a collaboration of the Al Sigl Community of Agencies,
CP Rochester, and Rochester Rehabilitation.
Through partnerships with community resources and locations,
SportsNet provides adults and children of all abilities opportunities to explore a wide array of adaptive sports and inclusive recreation in the greater Rochester and Finger Lakes areas.
SportsNet programming is organized in 6 week sessions throughout the year, between each session is registration. Most programs do not take place during registration. Specific programs dates and times will vary, for more information on each program click on the “Participate” Tab at top of this page

What People Say
“You’ll be so surprised at what you can do…It’s physical exercise, it’s social activity, and it’s just mental and emotional therapy. I just feel such pride at the bottom of the hill. It’s just such a great feeling”
Kirstyn Smith, Participant
“I realized that I wasn’t just the teacher, but I was the one being taught – that anything was possible – by my student. I thought I was there to teach, but I quickly realized that it was me who was learning the important lessons.”
Joan Taylor, Volunteer
